The HIWE project delivers the following results:

1. Stories of how highly skilled internationals experience working and living in Finland. Check these out here.
2. Maps of regional and national ecosystems of actors that support highly skilled internationals.
3. Analysis of measures at national and regional level to enhance the labour market and social integration of international talent and how they meet the needs of internationals.
4. Our main end result is a policy innovation: a novel collaborative governance model.
